Heartflow partnered with Recreation to transform its identity from the inventor of FFRCT into the category leader in AI-driven CAD management. Through deep discovery — stakeholder interviews, market research, and competitive analysis — we built a brand platform anchored in a bold new vision: See CAD. Manage for life. This repositioned Heartflow from a diagnostic tool into a lifelong partner for coronary artery disease management.

We then brought the strategy to life through creative exploration, developing a new logo, color palette, typography system, and messaging architecture that modernized Heartflow’s look and feel. The brand architecture was streamlined under Heartflow One, with clear naming conventions across FFRCT, Plaque Analysis, and Roadmap. The rebrand launched with a manifesto film, website redesign, photography, infographics, sales tools, and activation campaigns. Together, the new identity and storytelling connected strategy to execution — cementing Heartflow’s leadership and positioning it for its next phase of growth.
