Scope
Audience

Tympa created the world’s first all-in-one ear and hearing healthcare platform to bring professional ear health services out of hospitals and into communities. Their mission was to make ear and hearing check-ups as common as an eye exam, by allowing a single provider providers to deliver expert care to patients in a single 30-minute appointment. Their target audiences were diverse: pharmacies, traveling nurses, care homes, optometrists, audiologists, and healthcare providers. To unite these audiences, we built a brand based around a “Service-Focused Entrepreneur” profile.

The Tympa brand is designed to demonstrate the brand’s core mission by striking a tone that is approachable and straightforward. By using cheerful illustrations, a bright color palette, and playful patterns, the brand’s visual identity is designed to be friendly and patient-focused. We’ve created core messaging centered around the tagline “Ear and hearing health, made easy,” which gets to the heart of the brand.

Following the build and launch of the Tympa brand and website, we’ve since focused on building brand-awareness and lead generation using social media, email and video storytelling. Sales, training, and onboarding materials were also created to drive a consistent narrative in the market and across the commercial organization. Throughout the journey, we continued to focus on the core belief that ear and hearing healthcare can be made accessible to communities everywhere.
